📝 Job Description	As an HR Executive/Manager at Bharat Lubricants, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. You'll act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in shaping the work culture.
📄 Job Specification	Job Title: HR Executive / Manager Location: Surat Reporting To: Admin Head / Director Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Team Size: 2–4 HR support staff (as applicable) Tools: MS Excel, Tally Prime Payroll, Biometric Systems
🎯 Responsibilities	Oversee full HR operations across departments Recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management Payroll, leave, and attendance systems Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) Conflict resolution and team engagement Trainings, appraisals, and development planning Support for audits and HR certifications (ISO)
✅ Requirements	Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related 2–5 years HR experience in Manufacturing/FMCG/Lubricants Understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll practices Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software
✨ Preferred	MBA in HR or professional HR certifications ERP/HRMS experience (SAP, Tally Prime, etc.) Field force and plant HR operations exposure
